We are a contractor that specializes in residential remodeling/renovation. We are looking for outstanding individuals to become part of our team. We are looking for remodeling professionals that are experienced in renovation/repair work.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2-3 years verifiable residential      construction experience.
• Must have valid driver license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• The ability to interpret blueprints.
• The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Be able to think outside of the box.
• MUST have a valid driver's license.

Job Duties could entail the following:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and      machines.
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Remove, fill, or compact earth.
• Digging holes & trenches.
• Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
• Assisting with transport and operation of heavy      machinery and equipment.
• Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled      labor when necessary.
• Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber,      wood, and other building materials.
• Attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and      bolts.
• Performing repairs on existing framework structures that are damaged or structurally unsound.
• Analyzing blueprints and drawings to determine the      structural dimensions of the framework to be constructed.
• Examining building materials to identify any defects.
• Constructing wooden concrete forms to aid the      construction team in erecting various concrete structures.
• Performing cleanups of job sites by clearing away all      carpentry debris and waste.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

We are a construction company that does anything from building brand  new homes to doing small residential repair jobs. That could include,  plumbing, electrical, concrete work, sheet rock work, sheet metal work,  etc.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50#'s plus on a repeated basis.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, hot or cold.
• Must be willing to learn if you have limited to no experience
• Must want to work in a team environment.
• Experience preferred, but not required.
• MUST have a valid driver's license.
• Be punctual and reliable. 
• Pay will depend on level of experience.
